Odpowiedź Komisji Europejskiej

Jak się okazało warto podjąć trud i brać udział w konsultacjach europejskich.

Nasze Stowarzyszenie wraz z innymi europejskimi stowarzyszeniami partnerskimi i firmami członkowskimi oraz osobami prywatnymi, wywarło ogromną presję na Komisję, aby wycofała swoje surowe wymagania.

Dlatego z przyjemnością informujemy, że forum konsultacyjne Komisji Europejskiej zaplanowane na 12 lutego 2025 r. zostało na razie przełożone.

Gratulują wszystkim, którzy wzięli udział w ankiecie i spowodowali zmianę stanowiska w komisji. Bądźmy czujni, bo to początek drogi.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

Association 'Polish Chimneys’ is a nationwide non-profit organisation bringing together manufacturers – leaders in the area of flue gas discharge systems, ventilation systems and innovative chimney-fireplace systems.

The primary objective of SKP is to promote knowledge about safe and efficient flue gas discharge from heating devices.

In accordance with our statutory objectives, we cooperate in the area of developing regulations with many organisations, e.g. the Polish Committee for Standardisation, the European Committee for Standardisation CEN, the National Chamber of Chimney Sweeps, the Corporation of Polish Chimney Sweeps, the Interprovincial Chimney Sweep Guild, the Association of Modern Buildings, the National Association of Polish Chimneys, the Business Centre Club.

The European Commission has published a proposal to set ecodesign requirements for solid fuel-fired local heating appliances and stand-alone controllers under Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council repealing Regulation (EU) 2015/1185.
In our opinion it is unacceptable that European legislation will destroy the industry with unreasonably strict rules and which is even more frightening, people will lose the possibility of heating independently to electric energy.

We would like to actively participate in these meetings. We believe that the long experience of the Polish Chimneys Association will be taken into consideration and will be helpful in creating and improving the legislation. We are open to cooperation and are ready to provide any additional information in case of additional questions.
